Kyliyah and Alexandria were kidnapped along with their mother Jo Anne Bain and sister Adrienne Bain.
Adam Mayes is accused of murdering Jo Ann and Adrienne, their bodies were found earlier in the week in a shallow grave behind his Mississippi home.
The Union County, Mississippi Sheriff confirmed that Kyliyah and Alexandria were found safe Thursday night.
Police said Adam Mayes committed suicide after police surrounded him outside an Alpine, MS church.
